Why can’t I buy in TicketPing?
TicketPing sends you to official ticket-provider pages to complete any purchase.
Why did an alert not lead to a ticket?
Availability can change quickly. An alert does not reserve a ticket.
How can I control notifications?
Open iPhone Settings, select TicketPing, then manage Notifications.
