TicketPing helps fans discover supported events and create ticket-availability alerts. We do not sell tickets, store ticket-provider passwords, or collect payment-card information.

Information we may process

• Event searches, country choices and alert preferences needed to provide the service.
• A device notification token when you choose to enable push notifications.
• Basic account information if you choose to sign in, such as the identifier supplied by Sign in with Apple.
• Technical information needed to keep the app secure and reliable.

How we use it

We use this information to provide event discovery, manage alerts, send notifications you request and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data or use your Ticketmaster account credentials.

Ticket providers

TicketPing may link to official ticket-provider pages. Those providers have their own privacy policies and control their own checkout processes.

Data choices and deletion

You can delete alerts in the app and disable notifications in iPhone Settings. To request help with data connected to a TicketPing account, contact hello@ticketping.app. For general questions, see our Support page.

Changes

We may update this policy as TicketPing develops. The current version will always be published on this page.
