TicketPing provides event discovery and alerting tools for supported ticket providers. By using TicketPing, you agree to use it lawfully and respectfully.

Not a ticket seller

TicketPing does not sell, reserve, guarantee, broker or hold tickets. Ticket availability, prices and provider pages can change at any time. You complete any purchase directly with the relevant ticket provider.

Alerts

Alerts are a convenience feature, not a guarantee that tickets will be available, valid, affordable or suitable. You are responsible for checking event, ticket and checkout details before purchasing.

Third-party services

Links and availability information may be provided by official ticket providers and other permitted partners. Their rules, fees, terms and privacy policies apply to their services.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse TicketPing, attempt to disrupt the service, bypass provider restrictions or use the app for unlawful activity.

Changes and support

We may update these terms as TicketPing develops. Questions can be directed through our Support page.
